servers located in a secure center. Multiple redundancy and backup power
sources assure client data is safe. Our recovery management system is based
on The Collector System, also known as CUBS. CUBS is a sophisticated,
state-of-the art recovery management software package supplied by Columbia
Ultimate, based in Vancouver, Washington. CUBS has been customized to our
design specifications and allows our recovery team to manage all types of
accounts, including purchased accounts, charge-off and outsource calling.
Our Contact Centers are equipped with PBX and ACD platforms that support
up to 300,000 busy-hour-call-completions, 12,000 workstations, 4,000
trunks, and up to 16,000 ports. Along with Avaya CMS Elite Call Center
Release 13 software, PSO Softphone NARS can integrate with our clients'
call management servers (i.e. GeoTel, Cisco, Avaya BSR, etc.) We utilize
the latest predictive dialing system from Aspect to generate the greatest
return for our clients.
